Is this really free for 30 days? Do I need a credit card?
Yes — the 30-day trial is fully free, and no credit card is required upfront. You only enter payment details if you decide to keep using Klasly after the trial.
Can I import my existing members and class schedule?
Yes. CSV import is built-in for members, and you can recreate your recurring class schedule in minutes. Klasly auto-generates sessions for weeks ahead, so you only set up each class once.
How does the retreat booking actually work?
When you create a retreat, Klasly auto-generates a dedicated landing page with photo gallery, daily timetable, Google Maps, early-bird pricing, waitlist, and group booking — plus a 3-installment payment option. Share one link, guests book end-to-end from there.
I run a shared studio. Can instructors collect their own payments?
Yes — that's Shared Studio Mode. Each instructor connects their own Stripe account, sets their own prices, and payments go directly to them. Your studio fee is deducted automatically. Zero manual transfers.
What's the 0.5% platform fee on payments?
On top of the $19/month, Klasly charges a flat 0.5% on payments members make through the platform (this is separate from Stripe's processing fee). That's how we keep the base plan at one low flat price with all features included.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Klasly is a PWA — members and instructors install it to their phone like a native app, and it works offline for viewing schedules and member info.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, cancel from your dashboard anytime. If you pay annually ($190/yr) and cancel mid-year, we refund the unused months pro-rata.
