Why we built this
I ran a small yoga studio — 34 members, three instructors, one shared Google Sheet that everyone was terrified to touch.
I was paying $147/month for studio software. It had a built-in marketing suite, an e-commerce store, an event ticketing module, and an analytics dashboard I opened exactly once. I didn't need any of it. I needed to know who was coming to the 7am class.
One Thursday morning, a member asked me at the door if her 10-class pass had expired. I didn't know. I told her to wait a second, went to the back room, opened my laptop, navigated through four screens, and found the answer. She'd used 9 classes. She bought a new pass. The whole thing took four minutes.
Four minutes. For one answer. That one studio owner should know by heart.
That afternoon I sat down and wrote the first lines of what became Klasly. Not because I'm a developer — I'm not — but because I was embarrassed. My software was making me worse at my job.

When a member pays for a membership or class pack through Klasly, we take 0.5% of that amount. You keep the rest — 99.5% goes to you. On a $2,000/month studio, that's just $10 extra.
All payments are processed by Stripe — the same platform trusted by Amazon and Shopify. Stripe's standard card fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply separately and go directly to Stripe, not us.
